4 Guarantee and Refund Policy

7-Day Guarantee

We offer an unconditional 7 (seven) day guarantee from the date of your first subscription. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, request a refund within this period and we will return 100% of the amount paid.

Refund conditions:

  • Request within 7 calendar days of subscription date
  • Only one refund request per person
  • Refund will be processed using the same payment method
  • Up to 10 business days for the refund to appear

5 Usage Rules and Prohibitions

By using the platform, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information
  • Keep your access credentials confidential
  • Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Respect the copyright of available content

It is expressly PROHIBITED to:

  • Share your login and password with third parties
  • Copy, distribute, or republish platform content
  • Unauthorized download of photos or materials
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the system
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform

Warning: Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of subscription without right to refund, in addition to possible legal action.

6 Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including texts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and design, is the exclusive property of My Exclusive Space or licensed for use on the platform, protected by copyright laws.

The subscription grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to view content for personal use only. No ownership rights are transferred to the subscriber.
